I'll be going into the studio on January 14th to mix the entire album. It should be mixed by January 24th. From there it'll probably be about another month to do the artwork, get it mastered and pressed. I'm hoping to play at SXSW in Austin this year and making it the record launch.

it's great to hear that you're making progress & i must say that i can not wait much longer to witness the meg lee chin live show again!! i work at a new club in wyoming, and if your travels bring you this way, we'd love to have you play!!! should i email your booking address, or wait until you're farther along on the record??

About a month ago I got a random ICQ msg from someone...chatted about music, then concerts, then she tells me all about this awesome show @ Numbers in 2002, after guessing it was your show. I asked "March 19, 2002?"...it was the weirdest thing.
She told her story (some crazy night), I told her our evening (my friends and I cooked you and the gang dinner @ Justin's apartment before the show). Then we ended up @ a friend's house after the show (a not-soo happening party).
Got tons of Meg concert pix @ our site, hoping to add more someday ( [url]http://duende.org[/url] ).

Saw you here in San Antonio at Strutters a few years back, and have to say it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. Looking forward to hearing the new tunes, be sure to hit up central TX when you tour the U.S., drop us some sound bytes off the new album if you can.

That's good to hear, i love your music so much. Will you be comming to SF pr the Bay Area, BTW i finally found your CD and bought it (best cd in a loooong time).The Monkey (George) is trying to do something to the middle east, while new laws are being passed (at least they never made it illegal to D/L anti-copyright/riaa music), george trying to draft 15+ to war (well i heard a rummor on that one a few months ago actually), etc. to me it's a bunch of bollocks (sadly if that is passed im screwed, just turned 15 in april, I hate war's so much).

hmmm, actually if you just turned 15 you won't have much to worry about even if bush is re-elected (in regards to the draft). I just turned 21 and will be finishing school in less than a year, i would have more to worry about if the draft happened.

Actually, support for reinstating the military draft has been largely coming from democrats. Senator Ernest F. Hollings (Dem. - South Carolina) introduced the bill (bill # S.89) in the Senate while Representative Charles Rangel (Dem. - New York, 15th disctrict) introduced the bill (bill # H.R.163) in the House. All 14 co-sponsors of House Bill 163 are also Democrats.

Yes, they have been doing such as a tactic to get the american public to rethink it's warmongering, becuase it will mean that not only poor people will be sent off to die in a war of imperialism. It is an admittedly dangerous tactic though, and I hope it doesn't backfire, or get passed for that matter.

The government is fupissed ked in ways no one can imagine. 2 of the most important countrys are fupissed ked. Fortunatly the UK is smaller...whcih means nothing. When I heard about George Bush being reelected I scream 'Oh my god! Whaat is wrong with that fupissed king country. The people there are all braindead. Blind.'
