Re: Meg's covers
why don't you support meg lee chin and buy an albulm verses ripping it off of her and getting the music without her seeing money from it. you have to support the artists that you love otherwise they don't have the money to work on other records. i am not giving you a tongue lashing.i am just trying to ask you to support the artists that you love. especially the artists that aren't mainstream. they struggle, struggle, struggle.would you want to work for free. how about a show up at my house and wash my car, clean my house, and take the kitty litter out. i won't pay you back but i will tell my friends how cool you are and that you work for free. get my drift?
Re: Meg's covers
Yeah that kitty litter stinks but makes a great sand box, just ask Akira!goofing
Re: Meg's covers
Don't worry! I got paid $400 each for those cover tunes. Atkins is the one that gets the money. I won't see another dime beyond the $400 anyway.
Re: Meg's covers

Possibly the worst review I have ever read in my life.
I wonder if Meg will put this up with the other reviews on this site. There this one band called Ruebn (who are fairly well respected in the UK) who put up every review they could find on their site wheater it was good or bad. There were quite a few 1 and 2 star reviews but there were also some well recived ones as well.

That goof would'nt know a good record if it slapped him in the face.I'm sure flock of seagulls is spinning on his player as we speak.
Re: Meg's covers
The strange thing is that it looks like the original review has been edited. I remember being flattered because he said it sounded like too overproduced and expensively recorded. I sent him an email thanking him, but letting him know that it was recorded in my bedroom.
It was an imaginative and funny piece of writing! You could tell the guy was a frustrated artist. After my email, he admitted that he was unhappy in his job as music reviewer, sick of listening to ridiculous amounts of music and has since quit. Apparently that review was to be his very last. Guess he was in a pretty bad mood. Still, it's funny how he still managed to edit out the bit where he called it overproduced though!
