thank you meg for bringing sanity to industrial

To me this message board represents a sanctuary of sanity if you ask me. Unfortanatly there is a dichonomy in industiral music that has produced two extremes which I can't say I am fond of either at this point in time. You got synthpop on one hand and dark electro industiral on the other hand where I come form, with nothing in the middle. I don't think you have to be angry or pissed of to make good music and I know alot of people tend to feal sophocated by frankly at times psycotic music but treating positvism like a personal jesus isn't the awnser either. I tend to agree with kmfdm. I don't like depeche mode at all. But as oscar storm explained to me that all sysnthpop is a poor imitation of depeche mode. I took his word for it. I just don't see the apeal of reliving the 80's. But on the other hand youve got hocico who has turned rape in a dance phenomon and the thoughts of serial killers to promote your own personal hatred as a spirtal alternitive not neary as realistic as it listener explians their justfactions for legal insanity really is. I don't kill people but I like to pretent while dancing its the dance routine to promte physical and spirtial wellness for disneyland as is there nothing strange or odd about it. Just a small comunity of mom and pop stores and soda pop foutians. But like I say people who want to be evil never are but are completely pretentious. Umm if you were really evil would you have any friends? No cause you would stop at nothing but to benift from their trusted exortations of thier personal missery to your own advantage. I really think after a while you would build a bad rep of supreme asshole? I think bill gates is evil (like everybody)but is he in any way cool? So not long before I started typing this message I declared my house a zone of industrial sanity. Now my personal playlist contains the damage manual, meg, kmfdm, haujobb, HuG! the last pigface album and tho it dosn't count the lucia album. I don't hate pop music in theroy but it can't be gay or lame, teen bob anything, or sickeningly nieve, or comercil cookie cutter clones. But thats almost all of them that I know of shame.downer

If you know about indsutrial music thats not lame or psycotic I full belive I can make a sucessfull postive merge in the industrial santiy zone. agressive angry laid back and trippy what ever or something else thats intresting that dosent suck; do tell.puffing

When I read megs bio about when she was in this band and everyone got gothy she jumped out with secratry pumps I feal like doing the same thing right about now. Im going to go to an hocico concert in a pink tuxedo with an accordian playing all their songs in the poka version. Maybe I will live but if I die it will be a good cause. But I guess I would just be the anti goth doing the same thing that goths do. LOL when does it end in a acceptable incarnation. I suffer from fashion apathy. viking ancient causal and very common.
